Daycare: We are open Monday through Sunday from 8am to 6pm by appointment only. *After 6pm boarding fees automatically apply.

We only take a maximum of 10 dogs (under 50lbs) at a time in order to provide individualized attention and adequate supervision.Space is limited
Yes! Our number one priority is the safety of all pets in our care. Dogs will be supervised at all times and be separated based on size and temperment. We have private cameras throughout our home inside and out to ensure extra protection and adequate supervision.
Arrival:Come to our Puptown door with your dog on a leash and knock. All dogs MUST BE leashed entering and leaving Puptown Girls location. We keep the door locked to ensure safety of all pet guests. Enter lobby for check in.
Pick up: We have dogs so we will most likey know you arrived before you reach the door. Your dog MUST BE leashed when in the lobby and leaving our location.
Families and children are not permitted past the lobby due to the safety of our pet guests and insurance purposes. We must be informed prior to pick up if someone other than the owner will be picking up your pet that day. Please make efforts not to bring loud children inside because it may trigger unwanted pet behaviors.
* Please be on time for appointments. Dogs excel with structure and knowing what is expected of them. We run a positivley reinforced structured environment and it is important for us to stay on schedule.
Yes, we require all pets to be up to date on their vaccinations for their safety and the safety of other pets in our care. All dogs must be up to date on Distemper/Bordetella,Parvovirus, Rabies, flea and tick perventative. An up to date letter from the vet must be on file.
An intake form, vaccination records, and proof of spay/neuter must be on file BEFORE the meet and greet date. Pet will be dropped off for half day(up to 5 hours) by appointment for an evaluation to determine if he/she is an appropriate fit. We will assess temperment, behaviors, comfort level, and more. *Fee will be required for more than 5 hours.Families are not permitted to stay or enter past the lobby due to the safety of other pets and insurance purposes.
Yes, for the safety and well-being of all pets in our care proof of spay/neuter is required before a reservation can be made.
Depending on temperment and background an evaluation will be done to determine if dog is an appropriate fit. Safety of all pets in our care is our number one priority.
Oral medications can be given if needed. Medication must come in the orginal bottle with pets name and dosage information. Injections of any kind will not be given. Medications can be refrigerated if needed.
Food, treats, and bowl from home must be provided. Your pet will be fed only according to your instructions. Please label items. We can refrigerate any necessary items. We have feeding times during the day so food will not be left down for dog to graze. Food is never shared.
Yes! We send real time pictures and videos as often as we can. We do our best to get the best shots if possible. Some are just real life pets in action living their best life.
We understand things change. We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to rechedule or cancel for any reason. Frequent cancelations and/or cancelations without 48hours notice will result in a cancelation fee.
